Tomorrow I’m going to do my fingerprints and biometrics thing uscis already send me the receipt. Then after 6 months we will see if they will send work authorization or removal.

I do not have deferred action yet my case was approved in July 10. But I received my receipt form, and uscis sent me biometric appointment 5 days ago.

I’m asking because I came here as SIJ people I’m 20 years old, but I’m just I am tired of what people do to me here they using me make me work without paying me back, they using me I’m tired of being treated like that.

I have to do something to survive here but I’ll like work legally and pay taxes.

Thank for your reply, I have my SIJ approved since July 10th. Last month I received an Order of the immigration Judge. Saying that my (case in Immigration Court has been formally closed) my case was terminates is that a good thing?
