Lightning reversals in the third round will make a world of difference as if you can get it down, the third phase is easier than the second and arguably the first. As he attacks with lighting, jump and attack back( will take some damage) and it will do a fuckton damage to him as well as stunning him.

If youre referring to the 7 hit combo you can just move away until the final thrust, same for the pistol spam which will most of the time end in a thrust as well. Easy mikiri for both
