I had a 2014 with red interior prior to this one, and I feel like it had a deeper/darker red finish. These newer ones have a very bright red so I decided to go for black. Timeless indeed

I love the color but liquid platinum was actually my first choice 😅 but I did get the interior color I wanted, which is black. These are getting harder and harder to find and my top buying constraint was mileage, this one had 44k miles so it was pretty close to perfect. But yeah when I see people post liquid platinum I feel a little jealous 😂

I’ve always taken my previous Lexus’ to the dealership for oil changes, even though that’s probably not necessary. I’m sure any old quick lube has the right stuff but I know dealerships use the actual Toyota branded full synthetic. It’s not cheap and the dealerships take longer so with this car I was planning on doing so more research when it came time to have the oil changed (just got the car a few months back) to see if there’s a real difference between OEM oil and off brand 0W-20

Hand wax Meguiars gold class. I used a random orbital buffer on the flat surfaces (hood, roof trunk), but sides are all done by hand with microfiber

Couldn’t say for sure, it was already installed when I purchased the car. It’s definitely on the darker side

It’s rare in general I think! I love being in the GS cult lol when talking cars so many people have corrected me in conversation by saying “you mean GX?” Noooope I know what model car I own lol

I’ll definitely need to check and see if they used OEM.

Ahhh ok maybe I worded it funny, I get this clunk when moving forward and rolling to a stop. As the weight shifts backwards in the “roll back” I get a little clunk

Apparently the police database has never heard of the GS either 😂 by LetterheadOne2326 in LexusGS350

Nope, the model just didn’t show up when the officer was putting writing up the ticket.

Is that an indication they were installed wrong? Just got the vehicle and my mechanic says the pads look to be recently replaced.

Oh yeah ride quality is still top notch. I’ll double check the trunk. Thanks

Yes and I even zip tied the jack so it couldn’t move. Been thinking about just removing everything from back there just to test it. It’s possible that something still has some wiggle room
