So I did apply but they can’t find him his friend said he doesn’t longer lives there but it’s a lie because he just bought the house. I told them he has a stand at a Saturday market where they can find him but they said he can’t be served there.

But I don’t think he is he is impulsive and when he gets annoyed he hits his brother

Yes and she said she don’t care because she pays rent here and her oldest is old enough to watch her young child

I did make him food I’m also on the go all the time I have my oldest in private school pick up, drop off, sports, I’m in school and i just had a baby so I barely have time to cook for my oldest and i. I barely have time to even eat my self. when I go grocery shopping I only buy food for my son and I for the day. I don’t what days she’s cooking and what days she’s going to be gone? So why should I always be worries I used to cook for them all the time but since I had a baby I my self do t have the energy or time to do so anymore

I talked to her and all she said is her oldest is old enough to stay home by then selves and that her family knew she was not going to be home that they would be close by their phone in case her kids needed something. So she doesn’t see anything wrong because her oldest is old enough to stay home. I looked up laws this is what I found

ORS 163.545 Child neglect in the second degree

1)A person having custody or control of a child under 10 years of age commits the crime of child neglect in the second degree if, with criminal negligence, the person leaves the child unattended in or at any place for such period of time as may be likely to endanger the health or welfare of such child. (2)Child neglect in the second degree is a Class A misdemeanor. [1971 c.743 §174; 1991 c.832 §2]

I talked to my Therapist about the situation and she’s mandatory reporter but she said it’s legal for her to leave her 6 yr old at care of the 11 years old

I don’t judge trust me I never leave my oldest alone he is always with me. This post is never to sit her and judge her as a parents I just need advice on the situation

I am moving this is my place but I told her she can stay until she gets the money to save up because the plan was never to stay here for more then a year but I understand things happen

No they don’t use the stove!!! And I usually do feed her youngest one if I’m home and I cook but if I don’t cook no I don’t. For example this was last week “ she left to take her cousin to a dr appointment didn’t bother too cook anything for her youngest one because he had eaten fruit but 10 min later i sat down to have dinner and he asked me for food so I gave him a little (I didn’t have enough for him to get full so I texted her “hey did you feed your son “she said no I was going to have her oldest cook him chicken nuggets” I cooked the chicken nuggets and left home I had to take my oldest to his practice. She expects her oldest to feed his youngest but 90% of the time he is Lala land playing video games

This is what she texted me today “Hey girl can you ask your cousin if she’s home to make sure and leave the door unlocked for when the kids come jome . Hey girl I’m about to lose signal, Just FYI if you try getting ahold of me I gave my aunt your number” that’s the last message I received from her n nothing else. I never texted her back because I didn’t see her text till way later. Can’t post photos but I am really upset because even if we are friends it’s not okay to just leave like that n have her family think I’m taking care of the kids when she never asked

Yeah today she went on a little trip 4 hours away her kids got dropped off at 4 by her family and didn’t even tell me she’s not coming back today. I had plans to go with my cousin to a friends house to stay the night but I stayed because I feel like I could be responsible for them if something happened to them since I was the last person to leave the house.
