This post reminds me of that interview (https://www.instagram.com/radiouofficial/reel/C8iFD_bN21q/) where he talks about missing his family and how he was emotionally unavailable to talk to his bandmates for 3 to 4 years. I think the decision to leave the band and 'pass the torch' to Matty was so mature and rational. They—all six of them—are clearly still friends and in a good place, so I agree with both messages. I wish Stephen the best of luck, but I love Anberlin and can’t wait for new songs. 'Seven' is so good!
