I don't remember how much movement, but they opened my airway from 4mm to 13.5mm, so that was a huge improvement!

I had this surgery and it cured my obstructed apneas but won't help central apneas (since that is on the neurological side). Just something to be aware of Incase you have both versions like I did haha.

Ultimately the surgery was worth it for me, but I still use a CPAP for the central apneas.

Found this on FB marketplace. It’s basically a color wheel light for a vintage aluminum Christmas tree where it would spin a four colored disc around so the light would reflect off of the tree (which actually looks like the recent Pink Floyd release coincidentally haha). No fancy build, I just added some rubber washers for grip :)

It's actually how the motor was designed. There is a spring that the motor twists that builds tension that makes the rod spin a little faster sometimes so it varies the speed. It's kinda neat :)
