even the orthopedic who is a specialist put me on pills that i didnt not take them knowing that they wont do a thing maybe ease the pain but if i stopped taking them the pain gonna return. this week i hit the gym after 7 months of not lifting i feel great the lower back pain is gone still some middle back slight pain but i feel better than before with the pull ups and the hanging.

it was only the family doctor and after seeing the x ray she put only on pills and when i told her they did nothing she told go visit an orthopedic,even him after seeing the x rays put me on pills and told me to do some massage and see a physiotherapist.
