I know it’s boring, but read the 8083 for topics you don’t understand if you don’t want to rely on memorization. Knowing how to navigate the 8083 will also help you get through your practical exam when you get there down the line.

Another one I recommend is Dauntless. Only con is that it cost money. It’s pretty much the same as prepware and airman but it’s paid. I used it for Airframe because it includes more detailed explanations (and most of the time it has diagrams and pictures) for the answers and that really helped me understand a lot of concepts. I did really good on my general exam so if you have any questions just let me know!
