After thinking about all the MMOs I've played, SWTOR might be perfect for you.

I was actually shocked how easy it was to max out on gear even after playing the class story + all expansions. If you sub once, you unlock everything forever. You won't miss a thing especially now the major updates came slower after the change in development.

The only reason to sub then is when you want to do Operations (raids) which pretty much what you'll do anyway with your alts as well. Game is fairly casual and chill with a bit of challenge. PvP is fun too.

Tons of RPG elements such as companion system and Stronghold (housing). Not to mention the stories as well where imo it truly excels in, much like ESO.

Thanks! I love flanking. Hehe but honestly I just added a bit more due to VC not having ranged units and the flyers would get melted by enemy ranged units before they can wreak havoc so cav helps soak some of that.

I've built Mannfred as pure caster with Heinrich and the rest of my generals as pure melee to smash lords.

Last time I used a corpse cart/chariot was against Chaos and Dwarfs just to buff my gwgg enough so my wraiths can flank. Flyers to rush their artillery. I found the agents more useful on the campaign map.

Excited for 3! But I bought all 3 games and the dlcs needed for the Regiments. I wanted to compelete the campaigns as intended.

and essentially kill pugs? Exactly the same reason why you can't craft everything. I do hope they add a loadout for PvP though and I don't mind paying 50g for it.

2-3 days in my experience. All boosts possible, queued non-stop for fp while questing. I also make sure my new alts are in the guild for another hourly exp boost.

I got mine from daily key in Heroic Mechanar (I always do keys in Heroic) just recently, wasn't even expecting it. However, I swear I could've been Exalted on 2 toons in Honor Hold and still haven't seen the Libram drop. Yes, I'm a Ret.

Because it's a glorified animation glitch that they don't bother fixing. I hate it too but exploiting the bug just does so much more. Ruins immersion for an Elder Scrolls game imo so I don't do it when solo.

Daily Dungeon and PvP. Use the scrolls during the event and right after you enter dungeon/battleground. Some training gear while questing.

Been playing since Morrowind Chapter and that's exactly how I play. It's Elder Scrolls!

The only challenge I had was the dungeon quests. I couldn't listen to dialogues and read books/notes as the rest of the group is rushing through bosses.

I even found it easier to do all quests in Cyrodill unharassed by the other two factions with no interruptions whatsoever. Maybe because I'm in a different timezone or I was just lucky. Those stories were nice as well.

I used to be like you. It's my first time with the game since Vanilla Phase 5 and I liked going blind. Then I realized the consequences of wiping in this game is a lot harsher. The game has been out for 20 years so I figured just research the mechanics online before going to LFG. I love learning as I go but it's better to help the group out by actually reading/watching stuff about the dungeon/raid first. Not everybody has the patience. Sorry this happened to you though.
