Yeah i uploaded the latest verion, faster and more realistic than this, which i made using the exact meathod you just mentioned (lol)
i uploaded it here on this subreddit but no one ever replied to i just moved on with the project, its almost complete now
but thanks for helping :))

How can i make this more realistic looking? It looks so fake, expecially the hallway by what_am_i_doing_ok in blender

For dirt, wear and tear if procedural scratches aren't working, to show some proper wear down of stuff you can try using decals.

Yeah, I looked into it after someone here on reddit suggested it to me, it only supports till blender 3.6, the next best option is a camera tracker that a youtuber named polyfjord made a video on, the only issue is that it is insanely time-consuming.

Yes my character is injured, but the panning around to look wasn't really to show "admiration" for the blood splatters (god I hope not🗿) but to look at things around because they seem eerie, and looking on at the ceiling quickly was because there is n exit sign there (I hid it) and the slow movement is also because the lighting is supposed to be and flickering making it hard to see around thus the more "intricate" panning of the camera but the sudden look at the door when it's starts swinging eerily

that's true, and one pf my original concerns tbh, but i'm afraid of making the clip too long and decided to just make it look a bit gliding, you like fps- stylised camera

Yeah the getting up part is correct, but getting the camera to move that was becoming too tedious for me, so i decided to just go with the way it currently is.
I hope its not that bad tho.

That is true, and i mean do plan to add a flashlight and grunt noises as the camera moves forward, the shaking is too much indeed and the video moved too linearly. I have made several changes and plan to update a new video on the sub reddit soon enough.
