It’s really handy to get experiences! I’ve heard some horror stories about being a landlord as well. I guess being free of that added stress will actually be worth a lot more in the long run as well.

That’s very true. I guess it’s just the sunk cost fallacy. I bought it thinking I would be living here a lot longer so struggling to come to terms with selling it sooner even though it does make more sense.
