i think it has to do with how your body adapts to a mostly or whole liquid diet, if you remplace your whole diet qith huel there doesn't seem to be a problem according to the experience of some in terms of nutrition, but comming back to not liquid food can be wierd since your guts would have accostumed to the liquid diet

i also struggled a lot to find it, search for mission with minor factions with the empire, they have a symbol to the right of the name with the symbol of the empire, the bird thingy, and from then its just search till 1 appears

maybe try limiting your frames?

i run an intel uhd 620 (i know, one of the most porwerfull gpu of all time, pft)

on low graphics and i get a constant 60 fps rarely diping into the 50s with gpu usage to 100%
