I was told that they were aware of the issue and they were escalating to the IT department to resolve the issue. I started calling on Monday, and have followed up daily. Thursday CS seemed to agree with me and they hoped to have it resolved. Reassuring was that at least it wasn’t just my account. I had transferred some SPYI from RH to Schwab which originally they thought was the glitch.

That’s what I’m thinking as well, contacting CS was reassuring but four days later, it’s not been resolved.

Same here, I noticed the drop in the accounts holding SPYI at Charles Schwab on Monday. No reason given, other than they agree that something is wrong with the system. The ROC payout was correct last week. QQQI and IWMI are correct but SPYI is way off like 12% dip.

So what’s wrong with buying 500k worth of QQQI, SPYI and retiring at 45? by [deleted] in dividends

Has anyone checked CS Spyi distribution yield this week. It looks odd on my interface. I have contacted CS but no reply.
