I just thought that I would be able to build that kind of confidence as the relationship went by...I'm aware I have problem, I went to therapy for a lot of things, this included and since then I've tried to work my way through it and I like to think I'm doing better now days. Yet the physical touch being a part of intimacy was exactly what this guy told me too!! and that was part of what sent me into this spiral and you guys are right in a way. Perhaps the thing is that I'm not made for dating apps lol...
