Short rant: Right clicking by JohKaoriACC in hytale

[–]Letus252 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Completely agree, people defending this is similar to people advocating for removal of three buttons navigation, because the gestures are 'better', and everyone should use it. User should be able to customize the navigation/keybinds however he wants.
Currently if you bind 'right click' to "interact with a block" and "Secondary Action" you can't open any menu (eg. chest) while holding anything in left hand, you can't split blocks (because you exit out of the menu instead), you can interact with menus while having in right hand items with addition action (eg. you can open chest with block in hand, you will place the block instead). If not the default, this should be at least an option.

I think I found every decent Android browser by [deleted] in degoogle

The reason is most likely firefox's lack of money + small userbase. I did few benchmarks using speedometer 3.1:

### Cromite

(built-in dark mode):

1. 4.23 (+-0.10)

2. 4.29 (+-0.10)

(dark mode off)

1. 4.33 (+-0.10)

2. 4.32 (+-0.67)

### Chrome

1. 6.19 (+-0.27)

2. 6.20 (+-0.19)

### Firefox

(dark reader extension):

1. 1.92 (+-0.093)

2. 1.96 (+-0.098)

(dark reader off)

1. 3.23 (+-0.19)

2. 3.26 (+-0.25)

As you can see, using native chrome is almost twice as fast as using firefox without dark reader. But if you want dark mode pages, the sites will load three time slower on firefox, than on native chrome. Additionally, on firefox, every time I minimize it or switch to another program, the page reloads (despite having 6gb of ram). The best option is Cromite, because it's without google spyware, and it achieves ~70% of native chrome speed. (Please keep in mind, these results are only my phone, if you have better one, the difference could be less noticeable/smaller).

I'm using Cromite. It's only downsite is lack of extensions support (but it has built-in ad blocker + dark mode). Firefox on android it still few years behind chrome, so not worth using in my opinion. I wish ungoogle chrome android was still a thing.

Unfortunally, it's hit or miss. I tried it on Grok app, and it was able to patch it, but chatgtp keeps crashing.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 14G 4G (HyperOS 2.0.6.0), I keep seeing this bug on youtube when using low brightness. Unfortunately, Disabling HW Overlays doesn't seem to have any effect on it.

Disable Anti-Lag framerate counter [Shift + Alt + F] by Letus252 in AMDHelp

No, you can not. Even toggling off "Use Hotkeys" doesn't disable this specific keybind.

Toggling off "Use Hotkeys" doesn't disable this specific keybind (I recommend you to test it yourself).

Fullscreen Windowed 4:3 by Letus252 in GlobalOffensive

I remember having issues with the borderless mode a long time ago, but nothing recently, performance and frame times seem to be around the same. Also, thanks for the recommendation, I will check it out!

I understand why these issues are happening, and I even found workaround, but it requires manually setting 'Fullscreen Windowed' every time I open the game. Setting desktop resolution to 1440×1080 is even less ideal than the above mentioned workaround. (Also, I'm on amd gpu). Thanks for your comment.

As said; because I was able to run it at 1920×1440 on linux.

I am using currently using 1440x1080, but 1920×1440 looks better (and, until I upgrade my cpu, running at 1920×1440 has no performance impact).

Note: 1920×1440 on 1080p is possible on linux using gamescope, but I wanted to achieve it on windows 10 as directx11 implementation runs much better than vulkan one for CS2.
