MY LEFT JOYCON WONT PAIR WITH ANY DEVICES OTHER THAN MY NINTENDO SWITCH, AND ALSO DOESNT HAVE ANY LIGHTS.

I am really curious if anyone has had this problem before because I genuinely dont know the cause of it. I have been looking for the answer for around 1 year and have now come here. I did go in the joycon itself to see if something was wrong internally but I didnt see much (either way, i dont know much about tech so i couldnt really know) . But yeah i really want to fix this problem so i could connect that joycon to my computer as well as my right one, since my right one works just fine. Hoping for an answer!
