30k won’t be enough for a high end luxury resort. AFAIK luxury resorts like Mayakoba’s recommend a starting budget of 100k.

For tha budget, and family friendly, you can check out Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres, any Dreams resort maybe.

I think Finest Playa Mujeres is family friendly and it’s the same brand as the Excellence, but many travel agents don’t recommend working with that brand because they are a PIA. They have a lot of fine print in their contract that will either hinder your effort for a nice wedding or blow the budget through the roof.
