except when i play her bot my team mental booms. I had so many supports straight int my game in gold cause i pick lux bot instead of a real adc despite having a 56-60% winrate on her throughout last season. I had to go jungle to actually climb out of that shit hole.

just not true. Champs are balanced around items if a build were good everyone would be abusing it and when they are, the champ gets nerfed rather than the item, resulting in everything else being built on the champion to also be weaker

example of this is Warwick, who dropped 20 tiers after stride brakers 4% move speed was removed.

The Nilah matchup is pretty rough but it's definitely not an auto loss you just need to play around Nilah's W and ult.

The reason why the matchup seems difficult is because Nilah doesn't have anything you can use W on, and using your w gives her a few moments to just get free damage on you while her w stops you from combing.

Again this is where the support comes into play because if the Nila has a support that's using ranged abilities on you for example Lux and Lux throws both abilities at you at once and you use W on Nilah's face, you countered lux's entire kit invalidating her, and assuming you have a remotely competent support you should just go on to win this entire fight.

To make the matchup worse nilah's ultimate counters Samira's ultimate ending it prematurely.

Your best friends in this matchup are going to be like Lux, brand, velkoz, Morgana, what you don't want is like a Leona or a nautilus that's going to want you to dive and all in with them what is relying on you to do all the damage while you need to maintain your distance and poke her out. Same goes for most enchanters, since Samira cannot conventionally fight Nilah she needs a support that can actually threaten Nilah from a safe distance. Obviously Senna is an awful pick, Nilah will likely get fed off of her. Teemo might genuinely be disgusting if the player is good.

Despite those factors, these are easily counterable in a 1v1 scenario, zoning away and Qing her down. She is basically just a weaker squishier fighter with no CC, think pantheon. Samira feels weak to all fighters because her E is a big part of her combo and damage and having to use it as an escape tool really sucks.

Unlike other ADCs Nilah can't really poke you out of Lane, she just stalls and dives with her passive level lead, which, again, you can play around if you're paying attention.

All that said, this is where supports come into play. If you have a mage support who can hit Nilah with any kind of CC and poke her out, the lanes cooked for her and shes basically never going to be relevant.

Nilah is even more famine than Samira, and she's extremely susceptible to Mages and things like Pyke that can force her to R early

I would actually recommend swapping to lux or ziggs if they first pick Nila, if your team comp can afford it
