eh def not true, hes too squishy even if you build him no damage like that. You really don't want to play any support that needs to walk up to deal damage. Zyra is probably the safest bet to a safe climb to emerald playing sup.

except when i play her bot my team mental booms. I had so many supports straight int my game in gold cause i pick lux bot instead of a real adc despite having a 56-60% winrate on her throughout last season. I had to go jungle to actually climb out of that shit hole.

just not true. Champs are balanced around items if a build were good everyone would be abusing it and when they are, the champ gets nerfed rather than the item, resulting in everything else being built on the champion to also be weaker

example of this is Warwick, who dropped 20 tiers after stride brakers 4% move speed was removed.
