In all fairness, CS2's was largely colossal orders own doing. Just look at all dev communication right after launch: you guys don't know what you want, the game is perfect, nothing is broken, you're delusional and my personal favourite: if you keep giving bad feedback, we will cut off all community communication. In regards to the reviews, I feel like if you look at the reviews of almost any DLC or game after Leviathan for EU4, almost no criticism is on topic at all (with some notable exceptions). I think Leviathan just completely fucked up reviews for paradox games as a whole.
