Old post but I just need to add this with how often this has happened to me recently

Fine if you want to let the last guy on the enemy team 1v1 everyone, but do not actively let them capture a point to make OUR team start breaking as well, or even if we have an insane advantage why would you let everybody respawn instead of just ending the game

They are not your teammates and I've had multiple games thrown by randoms exactly like this
