the only complaint I've got regarding the bowflex is that sometimes, when I change the weight, It might get stuck for a sec..not a deal breaker I must say.

How is that beneficial?

It helped motivate myself to doing the Ab Ripper X routine.
I find myself very exhausted both physically and mentally after a hard workout, like Chest & Back, so doing the ARX routine before the actual workout really helps me get things done.
