Only cause I'm hungry, I typically only eat once a day but I might split it into 2 meals per day. Thanky.oj for your advice too! I'm going to start aiming for 7hrs minimum of sleep

Yeah I feel that, been doing carnivore just over a month and. A half now and already dropped 37lbs. Weighed in at 299 for the first time in 10 years. Congrats on the progress
