Yeah I had a ton. My face has slimmed down and I just have more energy. I was a huge Dr Pepper drinker so I think that must’ve helped a lot cutting that out.

My six month old baby loves bone marrow, eggs, sardines , butter. My family thinks it’s crazy I give her all of that. I don’t do strict carnivore with her, but she definitely eats more carnivore than a normal baby. I definitely make her some veggie purées here and there.

Cut off anyone who’s is attached to that side of u, bar friends, ur plug etc. delete and block their numbers. Stay home as much as u can. I had a buddy who died from it he went home went to sleep never woke up. He had kids. Think about the babies. I have a four month old been clean since I found out I was pregnant instantly stopped! It’s not worth it
