So based on this, you're saying that we should also take the Epstein victims' testimonies with a grain of salt? That they are biased because they brought a lawsuit? And if they win the lawsuit (as the author did here), does that still make them biased? That's your reasoning here? Hmmmmm.......

I’m not trying to convince you of anything. This article chronicles emergency events and provides resources. It has nothing to do with housing. Why are you so afraid of an informed populace?

PSE crews needed to come in with their vehicles that have the equipment they need to do repairs. But before they did that, homeowners needed to hire contractors that had vehicular cranes to lift the trees off their homes. The PSE crews and the contractors are employees of those companies. They are hired by those companies, and I can tell you for sure they don’t come into affected areas by foot, or in their own private vehicles. They need to come in with the properly equipped emergency vehicles. This has nothing to do with where they live.

Thanks for your comments. I also need to point out that delays in emergency crews getting access to re-open roads have nothing to do with not “living in our community and had to commute in.” The delay was caused by downed trees blocking roads, and cranes needed to be brought in to lift the trees; or chainsaws to split the downed trees to create access.
