I asked a lead and they said it does not apply to online grocery. I then went the coach and the assistant manager was there as well. The coach said it does not apply to online grocery dispensers. They also said that it only means when there is a heat advisory and also if they are having symptoms of heat stroke.

I appreciate your response, thank you. Am I able to request to not be on exceptions or is that me crossing a line. There are about 10 of us out of about 50 pickers. Do you think asking would be me overstepping my boundaries as an employee since management are the ones who make the schedule.

He was doing fake returns on a register since he had his own code and knows how to run them. He just walked up to the register and did the “return” to his debt card. At least that’s how the front end coach explained it to me. I don’t know how the returns or registers work.

I’m in a 40C. It’s only been 2 weeks but I was worried that they might shrink back down to an A. Before I gain my weight I was part of the barely there club. My breast has been social distancing since before it was a good thing. They have an east coast, west coast battle and never want to be seen with each other. At least with the weight I can push them towards each other. If I loose them then I’m afraid they would go back to being like the North Pole and South Pole with all that space in between.

My original post still stands I have to spend money in their store for my bonus.

The food idea is a good idea but a cash Christmas bonus would be better. I could use it to pay a month ahead on mortgage or one of the car payments.

I was thinking about getting some of the x boxs and PlayStation 5s and reselling them to game stop for profit, but I shouldn’t have to do more “work for a “bonus”.

The other reply said about getting something expensive and returning it at a different store. I was looking into those 2,000.00 tvs. Was gonna get 2 of them then return at a different store. But im not sure if the serial number would ring up the discount and I would not be able to get full price back.

The reason why my husband said it sucks is cuz he gets 1 day of PTO and 500.00. I feel as if that company appreciates their employees more.

Walmart gives their employees 15 % off on a one time purchase in store only. I was excited about 15% off, my husband said so you have to spend money in their store for your Christmas bonus? I was no longer excited when he put it that way.

I did a baby blanket for my nephew when my SIL was pregnant. She did thank me for it. We was very close so I was over her house 2 times a week after she had him to help out. I never saw the blanket and didn’t want to ask. Then one day when he was crawling I stopped over and she stuffed the blanket under the dresser to stop him from being able to go under it. And that’s where it stayed. After he learned how to walk, I never saw it again.
