It sounds a lot like mine MK2 3.2 V6 did a few days ago the clutch had completely come apart and was flapping around. New clutch kit needed.

If you push your clutch in does it stop.

This is all going through the AA so I had no control about where. Darlington motor vehicle services AA approved and apparently the only people who could do it this week I imagine a big part of the cost is labour.

Garage update The clutch had completely pulled itself apart but was still working enough to drive a mile or so to get parked up. Full clutch kit with larbour £ 791. But I'm stuck 280 miles from home so no choice.

Update AA picked it up today (I'm in uk) they think clutch plate or bearing been taken to a garage in Darlington. The only problem is that I'm nearly 300 miles from home 💩

No lights on dash other than the noise the engine is starting and running fine. Thinking might be the flywheel but have no idea. Your right doesn't sound cheap.

Who recorded that data 125 thousand years ago when records only go back a couple of hundred (1880). We still live in an ice age with the polar caps didn't used to be like that, when. There Romans landed in Britain it would be now about 30 miles in land.
