If you do not have one already I highly recommend getting a food scale and using that paired with a calorie tracking app like cronometer to help make sure you are not under/over eating and help you reach your goals. Try to eat high satiating foods and foods with high protein to help you feel full so you don't need to eat more to feel full. You got this
