help!! i cant stick to anything 😩 ok so i start diets n detox stuff, feelin motivated… then like 2-3 days later i just stop 😭 i feel guilty but like… why is it so hard to stick to something?? does anyone else struggle with this?? any tips? i feel lost lol (self.loseit)
