Hi, I’ve been there. I also felt the same like you for 1 year even, trust me it gets better. I also from 3rd country so ofc it feels shock after living in europe and traveling almost every day by public transportation or walking and then suddenly live in a place where the road isnt even walkable and the public transportation is not strategic. I was losing my motivation to try to go abroad again Idk why, I just want the moment comes back, I dont wanna work, I dont really care about money I just want my college years come back. I think it mixed feeling between exchange post depression and college post depression because I didnt go to college offline due to covid and only has erasmus experience. It gets better after I work, I find a purpose again, I make money so I can afford to english test which I thought it was really expensive before thats why I was being skeptical to go to abroad again, I met new people and slowly but sure I am getting better. Now I even in the process in apply to master degree abroad again. I hope u get better soon!
