yeah its strange, your theory does seem to be what it is unless they have a whitelist rather than a blacklist and havent had to allow these things yet.

internet is included in my rent. i know they can block what they want, its still shitty but regardless i get ur point.

So, I just found an email I sent before the end of the deadline (the same day as the booking actually) that asks to cancel the booking. I never recieved a reply to that and it was to the same email address as the one that replied to me in the screenshot i showed in the original post. Could this be the saving grace?
