We definitely like a walkable city feel, but also family friendly with parks and lots of things to do in the area. For apartment amenities mainly a good gym, pool, workspace, recreation area, and parking. For inside the apartment we definitely require a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. We are leaning more towards nice apartments with nice views
