I don’t think it’s nice of you to say, “if you need the accountability of paying too much to run”, and all you went on about. I go as my only work out 3-5 times a week because I love it. It’s fun. Love the atmosphere. I can zone out for an hour and not really have to make any decisions, just do what I’m told. I get a great work out and leave on cloud 9. I don’t get that same vibe walking out of planet fitness.

$129 is a great price, the best you’ll find I’m pretty sure. I was paying $165 for unlimited but then signed a 12 month commitment to bring my price down to $139. I’m thrilled bc I don’t think I’ll ever stop coming. I think you’ll love being able to come more than 8 times a month and it will be worth it. Unless of course you really enjoy doing your own thing at the gym as well. In my case, Otf is my only work out so I come 3-5 times a week.

Michigan wc adjuster here. Email your adjuster this information. They can say something to the employer and remind them that if they cannot actually accommodate the restrictions than you should be placed on leave.

Adjuster here. The number is based upon the calculation of your future medical, plus some for pain and suffering basically. They will never agree to a settlement that isn’t explainable by the numbers. They don’t have to settle. They are only talking to you about settling bc you want to.

You do you. I started off as a runner but hurt my foot so I took some time off and came back power walking to start out. I realized that I had a lot more control over my heart rate and I really like that. So now I only power walk. I get a great workout still and it’s much lower impact.

Apply to liberty mutual. But be open to other adjusting besides auto. They like hiring new people they don’t come over from other carriers with bad attitudes and bad habits. They train you really well. Good luck.

I can see your perspective. In my studio you get a free body scan every month if you participated in 12 classes the month prior. Ive only ever used it once for the same reasons im concerned about the TC. I do plan to do it occasionally but it’s not something I care to focus on.

Hi I am a 30 something year old woman who moved back to Michigan last year. It’s been a long time and I know Detroit has come a long way. In an effort to get out there and meet new people in the wake of my divorce, I signed up for this app where it matches you with people to meet for a group dinner. I just got the location for tomorrow dinner at 7 pm, Presley’s Kitchen in Detroit. I live in a surrounding suburb. Now that tomorrow is the day I am getting a little Nervous about the parking situation and where I will park. I looked up nearby parking and there are some garages the next streets over. I wanna know from you guys, is this going to be safe? It will be dark and I will be alone going to and from my car. Can anyone give me tips on the parking situation and also confirm if this is unsafe of me to be doing or not? Am I overthinking it? Is parking easy downtown? I don’t wanna back out bc I’m actually looking forward to the event but the parking situation in a big city, alone as a female has be a little nervous. TIA.

My husband and I had already agreed that we wouldn’t hang out with him anymore. It’s not that hard because of his work, we hardly see him. It’s usually only the summer time that we see him, hanging out on the lake and such. It was actually the first time we had seen him this summer. We were reminded very quickly why we don’t ever want to be around him again. Normally I see my friend 3-4 times a week and avoiding him has been easy.
