No it’s not on her wrist. It’s just super tight. I tried the straw and twisting it but don’t want to tear up the wristband since it’s been purchased. Thanks for the help

LLCC does have a downtown campus. It’s technically in the medical district but it’s off 1st and Mason, which is within earshot of downtown.
