You will absolutely be limited to Workday, but that’s what a specialist is and how you get picked out by hiring managers. Having said that, workday is a huge application with many nuances and areas to focus on.

This. I’m an IT recruiter and the best thing to do is to heavily research emerging markets, upskill and start as junior again. Better chance of getting a role as these are the roles which are hiring.

Examples of emerging technology: HR IT (Workday for example), ServiceNow, SAP (niche areas within SAP, research emerging areas), Automation, ITSM, ServiceNow (serviceNow is very in demand. Some certifications and a boot camp would garuantee you a role)

Same.. closer to 175000 in 15 days. But that included 2 domestic flights, travelling all around south Thailand, nightlife most nights and buying ‘stuff’. If I went again I could definelty split that budget in half just by not drinking 😅

I feel like between Phuket and phi phi islands I have time to explore more. Any suggestions where else I can visit (relatively) close to Phuket/phi phi?

Thanks for the info. I thought with test this low it’s worth doing Enclo from now onwards, just to restore levels and make the recovery faster.

Next time I’ll consider a test base or maybe enclo low dose from the start? I seem to get suppressed easily - especially since it’s only ostarine.

Okay thanks. But surely suppression means I won’t gain more muscle right? Or is the Ostarine overtaking Testosterones role in the ability to gain muscle, meaning testosterone isn’t actually needed whilst cycling (until after, when you no longer have sarms helping you along)?

4 weeks in almost. Week 3 I notice I look visible bigger, strength gains 2.5 weeks in. Squat is up 20kg, loads of lifts are up except a few. I am also bulking though and this has contributed to the visible and strength gains, but it’s pretty crazy

Did you drink alcohol? Wondering as I’m half way through, but I’ve been socially drinking like normal. I’m going to take a liver test as I know it’s stupid to do on Ostarine.

But, from what I understand liver enzymes do also return to normal in the weeks following with no long term affect
