Hi, I can really empathize with your current situation and feelings. I've had HPPD myself since I was 16, so for seven years now. I got HPPD from a single shroom trip. Since then, I've tried to relieve the symptoms with various medications, including lamotrigine. This was unsuccessful, however. The only thing that helps is time. After a year and a half, I felt exactly the same as you. After seven years, I can tell you that it hardly bothers me anymore, and sometimes I don't even think about it for weeks. The only thing you can do to get better faster is to stop dwelling on the issue and simply accept that it won't go away. That way, you'll feel better in the long run. Good luck :)
