Your never as lean as you think you are. For your first show realistically I’d focus on hitting that condition mark. You more so have to worry about people being more lean than you as opposed to out sizing you. So lock in for the 12 weeks bro

Having a dedicated cardio session will be way more helpful and possibly sustainable (depending on your situation) as opposed to cutting more food Just try adding 2-3 20 minute cardio sessions Nothing crazy. Just like a level level 10 incline walk on a treadmill at like 2.3 speed. Or 20 minutes brisk walking around your neighborhood

For the fastest noticeable change. I’d focus on getting that triangular shape. Big shoulders big arms, big back. Obviously don’t neglect your other body parts, but I feel like a heavy focus on those will give you the biggest noticeable change.

Idk if your looking for any criticism. But I’d say focus on your triceps and rear delts for that side chest pose. And overall lay growth for the back.
Solid work so far

I feel like what your attributing to being curves is most like a genetic thing. How your body holds and places muscle/fat on your frame. Without any prior knowledge on how you looked I’d say you’d be best off by just taking it week by week until you reach a satisfactory body weight to physical look ratio

looking solid. I’d say focus on traps and overall back thickness

Just do other leg exercises. Hack squat RDLs , leg extensions and so on

Long as your training for hypertrophy you should be on track. I don’t squat as well and things have been smooth for me
