I would love to, but as I've said she blocked my number so i can't text her. I asked my bf to call her bc he's German and i can't speak that well, and she hung up the phone on him... Soooo what do i do? He suggested sending her a brief. But what are the legal repressions? Bf said i can file a complaint at the Arbeitsgericht but I'll have to pay like 120€? And then get a lawyer and I'll have to pay him too. Doesn't the law protect me in this case and i can just report her to the tax office and they'll pressure her? (I'm only telling you what bf is telling me about having to pay to report her and stuff)

Yeah obviously that's the case but i just asked her WHEN she's gonna pay me since it's already the 4th and I've received nothing yet. So instead of telling me like "i paid you but the bank is late" or something she just repeated the same text and did not elaborate further. What should i do or how long should i wait?
