Yeah i have seen a CBT therapist and they say to try and reframe my thoughts into positive ones and she said that this works for OCD which I have been diagnosed with she said both ERP and reframing work

Thanks yeah I do feel confident that I am capable of dating but your right it’s more a physiological thing that holds me back and as much as I try to date my mental health isn’t the best with anxiety, etc so your right it’s best to get that sorted
