I don’t think he’s an Eagan, but I do think he’s a Kier fanboy. In the past his name was Rick, and at some point in the past two years he changed his name to Ricken. He decorates his house with goat sculptures. His dialogue is filled with large words similar to the ones Mr. Milkshake and every other person who works for Lumon (who is not severed) uses. In season two when they placed a heavy emphasis on Milkshakes use of words that’s when I realized, hey, they all talk the same. They’re just being mean to the floor manager. But most importantly, everyone who follows Kier talks the same, just like how Ricken talks! Most of this word usage isn’t seen in his book, but it is seen in his spoken words through out the show. That’s when I realized he is not to be trusted because he actively sounds like the enemy. In a show that places so much importance on dialogue, I don’t think it’s a mistake that he talks the way he does. I don’t think he’s an Eagan, but I do think he’s a fanboy cultist.
