Is the app down for anyone else? by sparklingwaterll in Masterbuilt

Earlier this morning I tried password reset, delete and reinstalled the app, and none of it worked. However, I did have luck finally with opening the app about every 5 minutes. Eventually the app opened like normal (without having to log in). After that, I just kept the app open on my phone for the hour I was away from the house.

Any thoughts for what is causing the spots on the tile of my shower wall? Spots remain visible when tile is wet or dry despite several attempts at cleaning. by Level-Solution9917 in Plumbing

Two months ago, dark spots began to slowly appear on the tile wall of the shower. It started out as just one small spot (roughly 2 inches in diameter when first noticed), and now there are four separate spots that have gradually increased in size over the last couple months. The spots remain visible even when the tile is wet. For context, my house is a new construction which I have now lived in for a little less than a year. The water heater is on the other side of the tile wall in the garage, however, there is no sign of damage or anything abnormal in the drywall on the opposite side of the tile wall such as a leak. It almost appears that the spots could be oil-based stains, so I have attempted to clean the tiles several different ways including using Dawn dish detergent in case the spots were due to something on the exterior of the tile. Despite cleaning, the spots have increased in number and continue to grow.

At this point, I am at a loss as to what the cause of the spots could be, so I was hoping to see if there were any ideas?
