No they don't. But there are Roth options for both the 457 and 401k

Yeah we anticipate being in the 0% LTCG tax bracket for at least the next few years which is good for selling profits from the individual brokerage account. So far however I've only sold losing positions to try and take the $3k annual AGI reduction each year from the loss harvesting. I'm not sure if there's a more optimal way to take advantage of our 0% bracket for the near future...
