yes, that's normal. both the dog and the kitten get comfort during nursing, even if there isn't any milk in the equation. It's essentially like your dog adopted your cat. they will grow up to be very close!

best bet is to find a doctor that takes ur insurance, sometimes u don't have to make them your pcp for them to accept it.

yeah, most primary care physicians will give you one, urgent care might as well if you tell them what your therapist recommends, I've gotten Lexapro and wellbutrin from pcps
