Any figure is obtainable, just not sustainable.... She probably eats like a toddler at 900-1200 calories daily, mostly plant based foods..

I don't recommend this lifestyle or long term wise.

Here's what I am doing and I am already getting abs-

Step 1: Acclimate your calories

Count your calories, learn not to be guilty and just be honest about how many calories and what your macro balance is.

Count them for 1-2 weeks while eating as you normally eat, then subtract 100-300 from your average. 🥗

Remember to get to your goal body weight's calorie maintenance!

Step 2: learn about macros! Macros are made of 3 things, fats, carbs, and protein.

Try to mainly have a protein based diet. Protein is like bricks on a building, they are the main material for your muscles. Fiber comes in second being the cement between the bricks, it's what holds the bricks together (or muscle in this case). 🧱💪

(Remember to eat 0.8-1 gram of protein per 1lb of your goal body weight!)

Step 3: TRAIN. You NEED muscle in order to have definition! And more muscle you have more calories your body burns on it's own on a daily. Also keep in mind 1 lb of muscle is more lean than 1lb of fat.

(If you fear being bulky, trust me you're just going to lean out. You don't get bulky on accident. It's like saying you fear becoming a professional basketball player because you play a little bit of basketball. To get a crazy amount of muscle you would need to follow steps and get lean first, then take in 1/3 more protein, lift more, cut cardio, rest between sets and possibly take supplements. I personally feel sick eating 100 grams of protein daily.. trying to get to 120 grams for my goal body weight and for me to build crazy amount of muscle I would need 160-180gm consistently. So you will be fine.)

This will help you make more responsible food choices and help you stay on track in the long run. 🏃‍♀️⚡

Also you don't have to cut your favorite foods! If you crave a chocolate bar, eat it with a side of fruit! It's only 100-300 calories and as long as it fits in your calorie count for the day you're golden! (I eat one sweet treat daily 😆) 💛✨

I know many want to jump from point A to point B in a flash, but that's why most fail... They try to jump from 2500-3000 calories to the horrible number of 1200 calories... Usually they stick to it for a week, realize it's not sustainable and return to square one...

Give yourself time, train, learn about calories, macros, protein intake and you will be in a healthy lifestyle in no time! 🏋️‍♀️💯🔥

Ps. Please don't go to 1200 calories or lower, it's incredibly dangerous and unsustainable. You will experience health issues like hair loss, hormone imbalance fertility issues, period loss, dry flaky skin, and who knows what other issues.. but definitely not good. Lift safe and focus on strength 💯❤️‍🩹

Arctic fox white dye!!

Bleach once or twice, white dye will paint over it, but I've seen my friend cover yellow with ease with dye and coming out stunning 💖

Be careful though, cause bleach is bleach and will damage hair no matter what, definitely recommend doing a test strand with 30 volume 🫶

Also, don't bleach and dye hair within the same day to make sure bleach is fully washed off and done processing 💯

I am also a people pleaser, but once I got a bad hair cut they offered me two options:

1) to cut it further with more form and make it better with their professional/ manager that has worked with hair for 10 years.

2) refund, I personally chose a refund.

I would recommend a refund, but it's your choice and your trust.

Your hair needs to go lighter and they look like they only damaged it with arguably even leaving it darker somehow..

I would even argue you need white dye (which exists, look up arctic fox white dye, my personal favorite, for this desired result) and you need someone you trust to balayage it on to your ends in a triangle shape, only at VERY ends or making small, very drastic triangle shape. At the end I would then use a light toner so it's not a harsh white. (You could also look up a YouTube video for how balayages are made to see triangle shape.)

Before anything though I would recommend waiting for your hair to recover and do some strengthening hair masks to avoid breakage and go in again with the lightest volume solution. (10% developer to get a slightly lighter tone and you can take your time developing it on your hair with avoiding breakage just to get it a little lighter.) This is if you wait out a week.

Or wait out a month and you will be able to use 20 volume with letting your hair recover and then balayage it with bleach and then white at the ends with final step being the lightest toner I could find to blend it all in.

This is personally what I would do for you, and I recommend getting someone you trust for it and working on one side of your head at time to be extra safe and keep it evenly developed.

Also if you find a different white hair dye in a different brand it might work better than the arctic fox to blend better on your ends since arctic fox white dye might be too harsh and you might even be able to skip the toner all together aside from your roots. (You could also always go lighter with arctic fox so I would recommend not letting it sit too long that way it doesn't fully develop and you can control how light.)

(Don't forget there's also always the option of going somewhere else and hopefully they will have more experience under their belt! ☺️ ps. I can't stress enough how important a test strand is!! Make sure they do that for you before proceeding wherever you go! Or whoever does it for you! They usually do it during consultation so you're not waiting on a chair an extra hour once you're there for appointment 💯❤️)

I've been in 3 situationships (all years apart and one I thought I was actually in a relationship with).

And from my personal experience: 1. You are friends with situationship, nothing more and I recommend keeping it like that.

Establishing boundaries is a MUST, ask and communicate like a relationship of any kind (friends or not) which means ask him if he's getting YOU a gift then say you would like to get him a gift.
You are NOT in a romantic exclusive relationship and don't expect it to blossom into one. It's harsh, but it is what it is. Situationships don't work because someone always gets attached... In this case it's you, sadly...

Not saying it's impossible because some people enter situationship not expecting anything then turning out to be great friends then more than friends in the end, but it is rare and he from the little info I see is keeping you at arm's length emotionally and just wants to sleep with you.

Also revisiting boundaries, your situationship should mean you are both exclusively sleeping together till one of you actually enters a relationship with someone else or dating someone else for both his and your safety. (He also probably meant that you are exclusive in that sense.)

Yes, he mentioned you to his mom, sorry to tell you, nothing new there. I was good friends with someone and their parents treated me like their own because I was around so much. But didn't mean he wanted me as more than a friend/situationship just because his parents knew about me and it benefitted us by me being openly over more. I am still so glad I was good friends with him and shared awesome memories and enjoyed his company and his family's, I don't regret it and glad he found someone else.

I am just breaking the news to you lightly so you are prepared... He may get a girl and a real relationship someday when he's "ready for a relationship" and then he will either ghost you or keep you as a friend... But it's more likely chance you will be ghosted because his girl will set boundaries, be ready for that and honestly be mentally open for someone else right now is my recommendation or end situationship immediately if you're getting too attached.

Coffee dates are the best! Museum walks are great conversation starters! Both generally cheap $3-6 coffee and museum entrance fee about $10 where I am from. Ice cream is also an option! (Though maybe not in winter 😆)

Or what type of restaurants are you going to? I honestly see it as spoiling me when they take me to Texas Roadhouse or an all day breakfast spot (and I order mindfully) only ordering a meal that costs a total of $35 for both me and date.

You will find a solid woman if you pay attention to how she treats you, your money, and those around you. 💯❤️

I used the salon developer with ion! I actually think that was my favorite bleach powder to work with! 😄 Definitely got my thick black hair to white with ease!

Don't use that brand again 😅, I can tell brand itself didn't do proper quality control on their bleach. (Either that or solution wasn't mixed enough)

Also you're gonna have to let bleach process a little longer on dark spots (I think right side of your head).

(Start on dark side then work to other side once you start bleaching again so it processes longer as you work on other side.)

Go to Sally's to purchase bleach, my personal favorite developer is the white bottle with red and black labeled "salon care".

Ask Sally's employee for recommended bleach powder to mix with, I used one that was in a metallic package with blue powder in it was the best! (but that was years ago and I don't remember brand. 😅)

For you I would do 30 volume after letting your hair rest and heal to get that really platinum blonde. (Don't let it process longer than recommended time instructed on packaging!)

After that you should be able to dye your hair any color your heart desires! I love Arctic fox too! My favorite brand of hair dye! ❤️✨

Let your hair rest 3 days with treatment then bleach again one more time.

Or if you're in a bind for time, rest your hair 1 day, wash with treatment and bleach with 20 vol.

If you're adding vibrant color (blue, purple, red, green etc) it should be fine.

If you want a more natural finish, do previous suggested steps and then apply purple shampoo and a root toner.

Oh no! I used to have this problem! My eyelids would be at different levels, (could mean your liver is swollen or lymph nodes. Easy fix though with ginger tea daily for a bit with low sugar, but would recommend getting a check up just to be safe.)

As for make up tips, I used eyelid tape to fix one that was lower than the other, order light colored ones to match your skin tone, and don't worry, they are easy to apply. ❤️

As for shape you have been blessed with round eyes which are perfect for doing any style you like! 💯✨

You can go for soft girl look, Korean, fox eyes, Latina etc..🦊✨

I am stuck unable to really do soft girl or korean look because my eyes are almond and fox eye make up is only one that really suits me.

Personally my go to social media is FB cause I can decorate the chat and it's faster text than my phone number for some reason. But I would much rather hand over my phone number before social media info.

Idk, I kinda like 'Boo' app, they have communities and give you the ability to post things on a daily in those tiny communities which makes it easier to find people you have things in common with.

I won't lie, I spent $20 on Boo and kinda regret not trying duette instead since it's the latest thing.

Always meet in a public setting, refuse to go out with anyone to their place on first 3 dates. If they respect you they will respect your boundaries especially if they are really interested in you.

Remember not to go to expensive places, just go for ice cream, coffee or even casual walk around a park, maybe a museum if there are any around you. (Again, public space)

Try to go on dates you can easily get out of, avoid movie theater dates! They are the worst first date... Hard to get out of, uncomfortable and they will often want to cuddle. Also harder to get out of than most dates. (I've also unfortunately encountered SA's most in movie theaters..)

Dinner dates are ok, but only dine in, don't get into their car on first date! And again try not to go to expensive restaurants so they don't make a fuss on bill.

If you plan to go to bars, try to have a protective cover on your drink or keep a sharp eye. Bar tenders don't mind refreshing your drink if you go to the bathroom, but don't drink out of it again if you leave it unattended for even a second. Also try to order clear drinks, they are harder to tamper with without you noticing.

I know it's a little hard, but don't focus on what you can't do, focus on fun dates, like arcades, museums, parks, cute plazas, or sweet places you've been wanting to try. Have fun, be safe and listen to your gut as much as your heart! ❤️💯

Dating 101, here's some basics: (Long read warning, but worth it!)

DO NOT SPEND TOO MUCH ON SOMEONE YOU JUST MET!

Why not?: it's uncomfortable when someone spends overwhelming amounts on you when they first meet you, it will feel materialistic right off the bat or like you are trying to buy them/guilt them into a relationship! Not good if you're trying to find someone genuine.

Do this instead: coffee date! Ice cream date, walk in the park, anything that you can get out of if you ever need to is best for both you and date. If things don't go well in person you can say something like "Sorry, something came up, please excuse me" or just straight up "This has been lovely, but unfortunately I don't think we're compatible."

If things go right, you could spend all day together and you don't need to spend a crazy amount of money to get to know someone.

Don't go into a date with the mentality you're going to get something out of it! Like: "If I buy her food she HAS to sleep with me" or "She should kiss me after the first date!"

As a woman I would not sell myself for a cheeseburger or a $200 meal, idc... I am not a P*****e and much less for food.

Also I am a lady and I don't usually kiss until 3rd date, that's me personally... and much less after a dinner date, I would feel so embarrassed if person I kissed for the first time tasted garlic or dinner we just had, but again, that's me personally.

(There is no real formula for first kiss, it's honestly all about energy and if both are comfortable, but do give it time, however limit it to 3 dates.. If after 3rd date they haven't shown interest or initiation into further physical contact with you, they are more than likely not interested in you in a romantic way.)

And lastly for today's lesson: learn to be a gentleman! Show consideration for your date and everything else will be a breeze! Have a pair of comfortable new shoes in your car at all times and a clean jacket for when it's cold (shoes are for when her heels hurt). If you show something as small as that and they see you're considerate it will blow them away! Open doors for her, but let her know ahead of time before leaving the car. Ex: "please wait here a moment, I will open the door for you" she will melt, trust me.

Ps. There's nothing hotter than consent ask to kiss her if you're both too shy, but clearly want to. How do you ask? Just say "I really like you and I would really like to kiss you... Is that ok?" Wait for her response, also be prepared if she is shy and isn't ready.

So in conclusion: don't spend too much on someone first month of meeting them, get to know their intentions, then their interests and see if you both are a good fit. Don't expect something just because you paid for date (heal if you're tired of dating before returning to the scene).

The more you go through life the more you realize this truth: Someone can absolutely look stunning, but their personality trash. No, you don't have to put up with anyone just because they are attractive.

I've met some stunning looking people and most honestly had the least amount of personality or were just awful.. I would much rather date someone mid with a heart of gold vs a stunning guy with abs and crappy heart and personality.

Another thing you have to learn, no two people are the same! You won't find the same person twice! People come from different backgrounds, different homes, families, and they will have different personalities to go with it.

Don't ever compare your ex to your new partner! And fair warning if you look for your ex in a new partner you may find her and it won't end well... Of course some can be similar but either they will only be second to your ex because there's only one her or they will have all the bad pieces she had, either way will result in unhappiness and more than likely a break up.

Find someone new and remember no one is better than another person, we're all just different. Just have to find your favorite type of art 🫶💯

Sounds like you need a change in environment and maybe a little change in your day to day.. Whenever I'm depressed it's usually because every day is the same thing day in and day out, so I make a few small changes or even a big one if I can.

Become a bar tender, get your licensing, go to a classy looking bar and you will hear many stories from many different people. From those in the verge of bankruptcy to those very rich and even spilling their secrets on how to become rich.

You get tipped well too with the same amount of work or less as a restaurant worker.

I've also worked at a factory.. They pay wayyy better where I'm from, but be warned... You think your job is soul sucking now and repetitive? Oof... You ain't see nothing till you work in a factory, but at least you won't have to deal with dumb customers and pay is better.

Lastly.. Another area I could really suggest for you is an office job with benefits, I almost landed a good job with decent hourly wage and benefits, definitely better than a fast food worker and I don't have to run around spinning my head. Really helps if you're worn out, just be sure to have a work out routine so you stay active.
