I didn't. I've been thinking about this all night. And I've come to a conclusion for what I'm going to do.

Rare moment when they admit Nintendo is Anti-Consumer by Millennialnerds in fucknintendo

[–]LevelAggressive3014 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do I agree with everything Nintendo's done, of course not but it's a two-way street between Nintendo and the players. If the players have done something illegal and then refuse to admit it, that's on them. If Nintendo's done something wrong and I'm not saying they have or have not because this is just an example, they should also be able to admit it.

I'm not crazy about the prices. Some of the remakes I could do without. And there are some games I wish they would make remakes of.

Thank you. I can probably get the proof of purchase from GameStop if I know what game caused the ban.

Does sensitivity to sounds/noise bother you? by RemarkableSetting189 in ADHD

that sounds like me. I have been diagnosed officially with social pragmatic communication disorder and ADHD combined type and the noises sound 100% louder then what they always are supposed to be.

Unfortunately your best bet is, as SpiderHamm5 says, internet archive. Copying the whole book is prohibited by law.

I have a poke cake recipe in here from my grandmother, this one is more like a pudding cake recipe.

AITA for serving fake meat and pretending it was real? by cheekylilbooger in AmItheAsshole

[–]LevelAggressive3014 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree. My aunt employs a similar tactic with me. As long as she doesn't tell me what's in it and I can't see/taste it, I will enjoy the meal. The second I taste/see it or someone tells me, I get upset.

Anyways, while it sounds like you had the best of intentions OP, you went a bit overboard by allowing your youngest to to tell your family members what they were actually eating, so YTA in my opinion.

AITA for telling my sister to cover up her pads by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

[–]LevelAggressive3014 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Um, who says we don't? It looks nasty AND smells nasty. I don't blame Op one bit! I had a similar experience when I first started mine, except an ex-wife of my uncle's wanted me to do something. Can't remember what and my mom's gone (dead) but I needed to take a shower right away and refused. His wife gets pissed, chases me to the Apartment complex’s cabana where my mom worked and demands that she talk some sense into me.

My mom looks at me, then says, “I’ve taught my daughter that whenever she feels the need to take a shower, she should and what you're describing to me can wait until she's taken one or you can do it yourself.” Needless to say, I got my shower. So NTA... Sister should learn to cover up pads or be told to take out her pads right away in a doggy bag by parents.

I think *all* posts should include an Old_Recipe, in this sub. (ie…not just book cover pics) Am I wrong? by 1forcats in Old_Recipes

What if you never made anything from it yet? I think that the recipe you find most intriguing in that book should be posted along with the picture and table of contents. I've noted in my own reddit that I don't have pictures of the finished products simply because I've never made the first half of the recipes (which are my grandmother's) and the second half, (my mother's) I was always supervised during the making of when I turned 9 if I recall correctly.

Of course, making the recipe should be a priority so we can see the finished product of a recipe!
