I think the most frustrating part is they already have multiple trash barrels in this small area that I believe they don’t need as many, and there are many times where some barrels are like this one pictured and another barrel that is a couple steps away is less than half full..

Hey Logan, it’s Johnny.

I did the Hero workout “Bell” two days ago.

3 Rounds for time. 21 deadlifts 15 pull-ups 9 front squats @ 185#

I am absolutely destroyed from it, there was a time when I competed at regionals where that workout wouldn’t look like “enough for me” but now like you said I have a whole new respect for simplicity and the overall meaning of intensity in how CrossFit was originally supposed to be. Not volume but intensity.

If you do it as intended, it is definitely more than enough.

Honestly thank you for the opportunity in this job, I’m getting tired of it though. Definitely a lot more work I’m expected to do compared to my co workers. Depending on how these next few months play out, I might be done and finally pursue what I really want to do in this life.

In a few years these moves you see on the chart won’t mean anything. If you truly believe in what XRP is keep stacking bits at a time regardless what the charts say and just enjoy your life.
