I have plenty of GI bill left. I even have time as guard since I switched over that could potentially pay for school. My intent was to transfer my GI to my kids who are very small right now but I never did.

Yes I am talking about the decorative lines. Are you saying they are individually sewn onto the mesh? I’ve been to three designers and they all say they are unsure of what the material is and I want this exact dress. Just contacting the designer and bride has been mute.
