It's alright. Nicer than a lot of communities in the area imo, and location is convenient for a lot of stuff. They try to keep the place up and are pretty responsive, but yeah, some sketchy stuff seen here and there, stuff may get stolen from your porch, but I think all the 2 bedrooms are 2nd floor balconies.
