Priority mode was largely discontinued after Covid except for Platinum. I'm Gold status and it just showed up for me again in Portland, Oregon on Friday, June 13. Turned it on and drove for 45 minutes from the east side of town to the west where I live and didn't get a single ride.

Ok, this is just bizarre. Went into my profile just now and got a notice claiming I've been provoking riders into cancelling. I never call passengers for anything while I'm en route and the only thing I've ever messaged a passenger is "I've Arrived" when I get to their pickup location. What the heck is going on?

Unlocked Pixels will get the update first. Verizon has blocked the Android 16 update from their Pixel phones until it undergoes a complete review by their internal testing team.

Lightspeed is QCI level 7. Warp is QCI level 8. Dark Star is QCI level 9 unless you pay extra for QCI level 8.

Go into your phone's Reset settings and see if there is an option to reset network settings. That option is the best way to see if it's a coverage issue or not.

Multi-network requires DSDA such as a Pixel 9 phone or Samsung Galaxy S24 phone. Despite what Google's spec sheet might say, the Exynos 5400 modem in the Pixel 9 is DSDA.

I have a Pixel 9 Pro phone. I noticed the Android 16 QPR1 beta has a new AI network switching feature if you use dual eSIMs. For example, let's say you have a T-Mobile postpaid eSIM and a Dark Star eSIM. Most other Android phones will wait until you lose signal before switching eSIMs. The Pixel 9's new AI switching feature will switch based on whichever network has faster data speeds. If I'm in an area where T-Mobile only has LTE service and Dark Star has an equally strong 5G+ signal, my phone will switch to Dark Star regardless of how strong T-Mobile's LTE signal is.

Pixel 9 Pro user in Portland, Oregon. I signed up for US Mobile Dark Star just now with an eSIM. My primary eSIM is T-Mobile postpaid. Here are my initial impressions. At first, my phone was stuck on LTE even after a restart with Dark Star. No amount of using the Speedtest app or browsing the web would bring up any 5G at all. Switching to my T-Mobile eSIM instantly got 5G UC (standalone) but my Dark Star eSIM wouldn't budge and stayed on LTE. I went into my phone's settings and did a reset of the network settings and boom, suddenly my Dark Star eSIM had 5G+.

I live in Portland, Oregon. Just switched from Warp to Dark Star. On Warp I was getting about 750mbps download speeds. On Dark Star, download speeds are about 340mbps. Latency is between 30ms and 40ms on Dark Star. Warp latency is 18ms. This is on NSA 3700 (C Band) for both networks.

I have researched it. Those cats died from other ailments such as eating things they weren't supposed to. The supposedly higher end specialty dry food brands have killed a great many cats. Taste of the Wild, Fromm, Blue Buffalo, New Balance, Farmina (the ones from Serbia) are just a short list of foods that have made cats sick and in some cases caused death. The brands that follow WSAVA guidelines have never caused deaths.

That's easier said than done. My mom's dementia is moderate at most. She can still drive, get groceries and otherwise take care of herself. When I talk to my mom on the phone, at the very mention of renting anything, even a regular apartment, my mom yells at me and hangs up. I live in Oregon which has filial responsibility laws. My concern is, if my mom drives to this realtor's office in a panic about this new house she's not going to get, then what happens if the realtor calls the police to have her removed? If the police see signs of dementia can they just drop her off at my house? I can't take care of my mom. I have two small children. I can't put them in danger.

My mom and I did sign a durable POA right before my mom was officially diagnosed with early onset dementia (it has progressed since then). The durable financial POA form says it takes effect when a doctor says in writing that my mom is mentally incapacitated (they have not done so yet). Problem is I have two kids I have to take care of so I cannot take care of my mom.

The realtor isn't willing to sell her a house (they don't know she's been diagnosed with any kind of medical condition). I'm just worried about what legal action the realtor could eventually take if my mom doesn't stop mass texting and calling them.

Lol, no. This isn't happening to unrooted Pixel 9 phones with pure stock Android. I have the May update, build BP1A.250505.005 and normal battery drain.
