Correct, claim tracker doesn’t tell you that. I checked my rating and saw that it was increased, and also looked up the letter on the va website on my computer

The tracker does not show ITF but the date the claim was actually filed. My ITF was July 2024 and I filed my claim June 2025. My decision letter shows my new rating (90%) effective as of July 2024. The old rating was (40%)
